Following the appointment of Anurag Vasisth to the position of Group CEO with parent company LRI in April 2022, Loyalty Now has continued its strong growth trajectory with three strategic new appointments.

Rick Hansen has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of industry expertise and excellence in operations management with brands such as Telstra and Brightstar to the role.

Adam Pointon has been appointed to the role of chief technology officer, bringing with him more than 20 years of relevant expertise, excelling in technology and information security with brands like Praemium.

Ryan De Boer has been appointed to the key role of head of merchant services, moving from his prior role as head of retail partnerships with Qantas, amongst others.
